- 5 business days (maximum) for plain baskets
- 4 weeks minimum for customised baskets within Australia
- approximately 5 - 6 weeks minimum for customised baskets shipping outside of Australia

2. Can my order be ready sooner?
Please email email@example.com to find out who quickly your order can be ready if you have a specific date or event in mind... there may be an additional fee charged.
3. Do you ship globally?
Yes, we send a large proportion of stock overseas and ship to most countries through DHL with secure, safe packaging and transparent tracking updates.
4. Can I choose other colours? Or other designs?
Yes, within reason and depending on the design time involved and what paint we have in stock, there may be additional costs.

Of course - please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out about custom painting or discuss your own ideas, event and party guest gifts.
5. How are the basket monograms and motifs created?
The baskets are sourced from Morocco, Portugal and India then hand painted in a studio in Sydney.
6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges
No, due to the nature of our bespoke creations, they are non refundable or exchangeable.
